Add a permissionless "Referral/Affiliate Marketing" system, which still requires the normal $5/year per 5-char name, but will send 10% of the sale to the last referred ENS/0x-address (in the users local referral-cookie);

...which will help code/app and content creators in the permissionless Web3 economy.
