The first steps sets a new owner. The second step sets a new manager. If the new owner is already the manager then the second step should not need to be completed. That workflow needs revision. Very confusing.

Hey thanks for the feedback! Yep, this flow is being reworked. There will be a new flow in the UI coming soon to make this a little more intuitive. I believe the new manager/ownership flow will also make it easy to gift/transfer a name. For instance, if you wanted to wipe all the records upon transfer that would be a new option in the flow.
